Digitální technologie se staly téměř neviditelnou součástí naší každodenní existence. Další kapitola výstavního projektu #Datamaze zkoumá hybridizovanou realitu, kde se fyzický svět prolíná s počítačovým kódem; lidské smysly s interaktivním rozhraním zařízení; a naše zkušenosti s automatizovanými procesy.
Hybridní stav popisuje situaci, kdy digitalizace a datafikace neustále proniká do všech oblastí lidské i nelidské činnosti. Bez dat si neumíme představit náš den, naše rozhodování, svobodu. Data ale nejsou pouze efemérním nástrojem přenosu informací – data reprezentují fyzickou infrastrukturu, která proměňuje náš žitý prostor. Hybridizace situací a prožívání definuje naši dobu.
Noříme se do syntetických realit, abychom unikli z okolního světa, který se nepřetržitě hroutí sám do sebe. Naše frustrace nás paralyzuje; ztrácíme se v informačním chaosu, který vystihuje hybridní válka. V komunikačních kanálech bloudíme jako ve fraktálové struktuře. Vyprazdňujeme žitý moment na úkor digitální vzpomínky, uznání lajků a stylizované pózy. Realitu již nedokumentujeme, ale konstruujeme ji v hybridním stavu, který vzniká na displeji našeho osobního digitálního zařízení.
Lidské osudy a psychika se neustále překódovávají do balíků velkých dat, které pohánějí reklamní mašinérii, vždy připravenou trefit náš vkus, náladu, pohlaví, práci, touhy, momentální rozpoložení, návyky, … před digitalizací se neschová nic. Otázkou je, jaké místo má v této nové hybridní realitě jednotlivec?
Na výstavě Hybridní stav se představí Simon Deny, Ben Grosser a Ryska. Součástí expozice je představení výzkumné části projektu Commander mezinárodní divadelního souboru Farma v jeskyni a interaktivní instalace What the Future Wants (Kam směřuje budoucnost), která reflektuje, jak mladí lidé uvažují o své digitální budoucnosti.

Digital technologies have become an almost invisible part of our everyday existence. The next chapter of the #Datamaze exhibition project explores a hybridized reality, where the physical world merges with computer code; human senses with interactive interfaces; and our experiences with automated processes.
The hybrid state describes a situation where digitization and datafication continuously permeates all areas of human and non-human activity. We cannot imagine our day, our decisions, our freedom without data. But data is not just an ephemeral tool for transmitting information – data represents the physical infrastructure that transforms our lived space. The hybridization of situations and experiences defines our time.
We dive into synthetic realities to escape from the world around us, which is constantly collapsing in on itself. Our frustration paralyzes us; we lose ourselves in the information chaos that hybrid warfare characterizes. We wander through the channels of communication like a fractal structure. We empty the lived moment at the expense of digital memory, appreciative likes and stylized poses. We no longer document reality, but construct it in a hybrid state that emerges on the screen of our personal digital device.
Human destinies and psyches are constantly being transcoded into big data packages that power the advertising machine, always ready to hit our tastes, moods, gender, work, desires, current state of mind, habits, … nothing can hide from digitization. The question is, what place does the individual have in this new hybrid reality?
The exhibition Hybrid State features Simon Deny, Ben Grosser and Ryska. The exhibition also includes a presentation of the research part of the Commander project by the international theatre studio Farm in the Cave and the interactive installation What the Future Wants, which reflects on what young people think about their digital future.
